Id like to see a hunting place which require a team to hunt in with.
The rewards/loots should be on a level that would make it worth leveling in a group. At the moment its better to solo hunt as a high level because main aim there is to get epic items, which require money/tokens. I think this seriously would bring more depth to the high level hunting/leveling.
I know this is a hard one especially as you/we want to keep the server even remotely real map.

I'd much rather see team hunting than solo hunting. You're entirely right though. After a certain point, it's all about collecting cash/tokens for epics. I'd rather have multiple paths people can take though, just not entirely sure of the motivation I can give to make people want to hunt something else instead of solo hunt.
What would you suggest would make people abandon solo hunting and pick up a partner to hunt with?

More loot.
Only issue is you have to make the monsters not able to be solo'd easy. So something that the ek needs a healer for or a monster that heals itself so you need a tank and some shooter to kill it.
